Tape, labels & foam.
An automatic kiss-cutting machine for double-sided tape, self-adhesive labels, EVA foam and silicone pads. Chinese / English LCD controls work with computer-controlled feeding, a pressure-adjustable feed roller and material guides. The pictured setup includes a rewind assembly and a worktable with casters.

Feeding, alignment & control.
Computer-controlled feeding
A motor and driver work with computer controls to feed material according to the operating settings.
Adjustable polyurethane feed roller
The polyurethane feed roller has adjustment screws to set the pressure for the material.
Material alignment guides
Material guides keep strips aligned and support cutting multiple strips together.
Cooling fan
A cooling fan provides ventilation to help dissipate heat from the machine.
Fused power inlet
The three-pin grounded power inlet incorporates a fuse.
