The CXY-300GD combines roll feeding, pneumatic heat sealing and cut-to-length operation for CPE flat bags. It features LCD and keypad controls, movable material guides, pressure-adjustable feed rollers and a separate floor-standing roll holder.

01 / MACHINE FEATURES
From roll feeding to heat sealing and cutting.
Chinese / English LCD controls
The LCD and keypad support automatic and manual modes, with settings for length, speed, total quantity, batch quantity and pause delay.
Material guides & adjustable feeding
Movable aluminium-alloy guide bars and guide wheels direct material into the feed area. Feed-roller pressure can be adjusted for the material being processed.
Pneumatic heat sealing
A pneumatic heat-sealing assembly works with the feeding and cutting stages to seal flat-bag material.
Cut-to-length assembly
The cutting assembly works with the controls to cut fed roll material to the selected length.
Separate floor-standing roll holder
A separate floor-standing frame with bearing supports carries the material roll alongside the machine.
Compact benchtop machine
The benchtop main unit brings the control panel, feeding system, pneumatic heat sealing and cutting assembly together in a compact layout.
