Automatic feeding and cut-to-length processing for hook-and-loop tape, webbing, zippers and elastic bands. PLC controls with Chinese/English operation let you set the required cut length. The machine includes adjustable material guides, material-out stop and alarm, and cooling fans. Choose hot or cold cutting to suit the material and required edge finish.

01 / MACHINE FEATURES
Guide, feed and cut to length.
Hot and cold cutting
Choose hot or cold cutting for the material and required edge finish. Confirm the process with an actual material sample.
PLC controls with Chinese/English operation
The PLC control and display system provides Chinese/English operation for setting up cut-to-length jobs.
Automatic roll feeding
The reel holder supports the material roll as the strip feeds toward the cutting assembly.
Adjustable guides for multiple strips
Set the guides to the strip width. Multiple strips can be cut together, depending on the material widths and guide setup.
Material-out stop and alarm
Material detection monitors the feed and stops the machine with an alarm when the material runs out.
Fan cooling
Cooling fans help dissipate heat generated during operation.
