A Panasonic photoelectric sensor detects registration marks, while programmable controls set the cut length, feed speed and quantity. The machine includes a material reel holder, material-out detection and a cooling fan.

01 / MACHINE FEATURES
Registration, feeding & cutting.
Programmable controls
The LCD display and keypad provide settings for cut length, feed speed and production quantity.
Automatic roll feeding
The reel holder supports the label roll as the material feeds through the guides to the cutting assembly.
Material-out stop and alarm
Material-out detection monitors the feed and stops the machine with an alarm when the material runs out.
Label cutting assembly
The blade assembly works with the feed and registration controls to cut continuous label strips into individual labels.
Fan cooling
A cooling fan helps dissipate heat generated during operation.
