Automatic feeding and cut-to-length processing for insulation tubing, PTFE tubing, PVC tubing, silicone tubing and heat shrink tubing. The caterpillar feed system works with a pneumatic cutting unit. A bilingual LCD panel provides settings for cut length, feed speed and batch quantity. A compressed-air supply is required.

01 / MACHINE FEATURES
Belt feeding. Pneumatic cutting.
Bilingual LCD controls
Set cut length, feed speed, batch quantity and total quantity using the LCD display and keypad. Switch between English and Chinese on the panel.
Motor-driven feed system
The motor and drive work with the programmed controls to advance the feed system by the selected length.
Caterpillar feed system
Textured caterpillar belts grip the tubing as it feeds toward the cutting unit.
Reinforced blade assembly
A thickened blade and dedicated cutting mechanism work with the feed controls to cut the tubing.
Cabinet cooling fan
A cooling fan ventilates the machine cabinet to help dissipate heat during operation.
Fused power inlet
A three-pin power inlet provides a protective earth connection and an integrated fuse.
